Based in Ridgewood, NJ the Breathe Deep event is organized as an informal fundraiserthat brings the community together to take a deep breath, and learn about the importance of exercise in living successfully with cystic fibrosis.   

The event began in the winter of 2011 and occurs on an annual basis.  A presentation by the CFLF helps to inform attendees about the impact their support has in truly changing people’s lives through the Recreation Grant programming.
